I’m was a little sad at first as now there will only really be one computer structure in the industry…
but I am excited to see what lays ahead as I know Apple will use the architecture to its fullest.
My real fear lies in the fact that I, like most people usually use technology that is like a year behind(I use older MACs as I can never afford the newest models) and this year I have seen Apple abandon firewire, so I’m afraid I am going to get stuck running an antiquated system, like some of the poors suckers out there still running Classic.

oh wow. glad the Mac Mini is doing well enough to remain on Apple’s roster. i was worried at first that it would go the way of the G4 Cube.
are you still of the anti-Intel mindset or was i just assuming you were?

dude, i am still using my quicksilver G4, well over three years old now. and why did they abandon firewire, anyway? it always seemed faster than USB.
